Nine students from the University of Washington Bothell, spent three weeks in September, 2017,  on the Ganges River, near Varanasi India.  This course, called Philosophy and Social Action on the Ganges, focused on Buddhism, Hindu and other traditions, and how these philosophies and cultures impact ourselves and key social systems, particularly our educational and environmental systems.
